You can share your presentations online on the web through authorSTREAM, a free online presentation sharing platform and WiZiQ, a free online Platform where you can teach and learn live, create learning communities and share educational content with other members. You can select a single presentation for upload or multiple for batch upload.

Select the presentation you want to share from Presentations list. Use CTRL or SHIFT key while selecting if you want to share multiple presentations. Click on the button marked ‘Upload’ option from Tools menu to open upload and share window.

1. You can upload and share your presentation on any of the two presentations sharing platforms authorSTREAM or WiZiQ. By default, your sharing server is set to authorSTREAM. You can always change WiZiQ or authorSTREAM as default server on Accounts tab in Options Window.
   1. If you are a new user you can sign up for membership with authorSTREAM or WiZQ by clicking on the link marked ‘Sign Up for an Account’.
   2. If you have forgotten your password, click on the link marked ‘Forgot Password’ to retrieve the same.
   3. The logins are saved automatically and the user once logged in successfully, is automatically authenticated on next upload.
2. The next window opens up with the List of presentations selected by you for sharing. You can edit the presentation details and set the upload options on Upload and Share window by clicking on ‘Properties’.
   
   
   1. You can edit the presentation‘s title; enter presentation specific Description and Tags; and select the category and display of the presentation.
   2. You can now mark your presentation as Private. The Display section lets you mark your presentation as Private or Public. Labeling your presentation as Private ensures that your presentation is protected, and will not be open for public viewing. Only the invited viewers can view your presentation.
   3. The details are saved once you click ‘OK’ on presentation Details window.
   4. You can also multi-select and edit the selected presentations for the category and display in one go.
3. Click on ‘Upload’. The upload process starts and with in a few minutes your presentation is uploaded and shared if sharing E-mail Ids are entered for sharing.
4. When your presentation is uploaded, a confirmation mail is sent on your email address (with which you logged on in the ‘Upload and Share’ window) confirming that your presentation has been uploaded.
5. After successful upload, the link named ‘View on authorSTREAM’ or ‘View on WiZiQ’ can be viewed for the selected presentation. You can click on it to view the uploaded presentation.

1. You can also share your PowerPoint files directly using ‘Share with your friends’ option in the authorPOINT Lite‘s PowerPoint Plug-in.
   
   
2. The Upload and Share window is similar to one you used for uploading your presentations using aP Lite.
   
   
   1. You can edit the presentation‘s title; enter presentation specific Description and Tags. You can also specify the category, subcategory, display setting and language of the presentation.
   2. PowerPoint files shared are converted to flash on the respective sharing platform and the presentation link is sent to all your friends with whom, you share your presentations.
