Refund Policy

authorGEN products have fully-featured evaluation versions, which include all the functionality of the registered version and thus allow a complete evaluation. Due to this reason, the following refund terms are included in product purchases:

• Requests for returns must be made within 15 days of the date of purchase.
• For refund requests where the software has been downloaded and eventually installed, we require that you sign and send us a "Letter of Destruction" confirming that all copies of the software have been uninstalled and deleted.
• Due to common credit card refund processing times, it may take up to 28 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

In all cases, please make sure the evaluation version meets your requirements before purchasing, as the evaluation version contains all the functionally of the registered version - the only difference is in the duration of flash output, in evaluation version it will be of 5 minutes only. You will be able to build full length flash presentations once you buy the registered version, without capturing them again.
