HI
This Problem seems to be specific to Dell machines with various versions of Panasonic Camcorders. We have found certain issues similar to yours reported on some websites such as microsoft forums (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/community/newsgroups/WindowsMedia/default.mspx?query=lip+sync&dg=&cat=en-us-wma-nwsgrps&lang=en&cr=US&pt=&catlist=E249F6E5-0B76-4CFB-9DE3-D0119C25800A&dglist=&ptlist=&exp=&sloc=en-us). The problem seems like a resourcing issue, its when hardware and software resources on the PC are not capable of compressing the video and audio as received. This can be a problem for sure if the video file is produced using a codec that performs compression as you capture. Compressing video anyways can be a very processor intensive activity which further can increase the sync problem. Once original file itself is not coming out fine, further compression for flash will surely degrade that more. But this all is just information which we have at the moment and wanted to share with you, no solution unfortunately. We are working on it and will update you as and when we get to something workable. You can try using authorPOINT on machine other than that of Dell.
