Physical Media Sales

We offer software available for purchase via digital delivery:

2. CD-ROM by Mail (we e-mail you the download and serial number, and we send you a shipment with the software via regular mail). CD-ROMs are available for an additional charge of $20.00. This includes the CD, labels, printing, and shipping. We'll ship within the United States or internationally for this flat rate.

By default, we ship software via digital delivery.

Software Licensing

By purchasing "software" on our online store, you are purchasing a license to use that software under the terms of our Software License Agreement. You must hold a license for each computer the software will be installed on. There are two different licensing programs. One is the Single User License using which a single user of the software can install on his or her two personal computers. Second type of license is the Kiosk License which you need if there are more that one user of the software. With a kiosk license, you can install on only one computer in your organization with multiple users. License agreement is also available during the product installation.

Delivery Policies

authorGEN Technologies sells software products and services. All software is delivered digitally. Refer to the download link on your purchase receipt for activation instructions. You will receive digital delivery unless you buy an authorGEN CD-ROM with your order for an extra cost (then you get both digital delivery and a CD-ROM in the mail).

Third Party Products

We may, at some point, offer hardware and software products from third parties for various promotions, bundles, and individual sale items. Our company does not develop and manufacture these products, and is in no way responsible for the performance or support of such products. Specific hardware requirements, such as USB or fire wire availability for video and availability for audio input may also be present.
